It is also easy to use. I keep mine sealed and in the fridge after opening. I am a fifty year old male who is pretty fit. Over the years I have had two major surgeries due to accidents. Both times the surgeons pointed out if is was not for muscle mass and condition the results would of not been the same. Now I have to trim down due to surgery for prostate cancer.. This product is helping and I am hoping it wil help with a better out come. Us guys are seeming to be getting this at a younger age. It is also far more aggressive. What I can tell you is I had no symptons but it was caught by the optional PSA test.. The Prostate Clinic at VGH is world class. What also is a fitness issue is the better shape you are the easier it is for the surgeon. Easier for the surgeon the better the outcome.. We all know changing a tire on a sunnny day in your clean driveway is not to bad a job and takes less time. But trying doing it in a foot of mud at the side of a busy road..
