Personal Training

She gives you the tools needed not only to reach the stage but come out on top. Victoria acts as your personal assistant for your entire journey to the stage.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Train together!

  • Groups of 2 -3 people
  • Fitness level of session will be based on your trio’s wants, needs and goals
  • Options for monthly measurements, photographs to track physique, physiological measures
  • Aid with individual goal setting and nutrition management
  • Location: APT South
Option A:
Pre- Determined Times
Thursday’s          4-5 pm                 5-6pm                   6-7pm

These run in 4 week intervals starting May 8th –June 2

*These are on a first come first serve basis; therefore if you and two friends want to train together enroll A.S.A.P!

Option B:
Create Own Group and Time

S&C Classes

A high energy advanced strength and conditioning circuit class.

  • Must have a moderate to advance fitness level  *previous fitness experience is a necessity, must be able to perform such lifts as squats, deadlifts, push-ups with proper form
  • Options for monthly measurements and photographs to track physique progress
  • Ongoing fitness integrated fitness testing
  • 5 to 16 people per class
  • Tuesday’s  5pm-6pm &  Saturday’s  11am-12pm
  • Classes run in 4 week intervals starting Tuesday May 8th – Saturday June 2
  • Advanced registration preferred. Click here to register
  • Location: APT South
Option A:  Pre-register  for 1 class a week Choose from either Tuesday at 5pm or Saturday at 11am in a 4 week intervals (May 8th to June 2nd)

Option B: Pre-register for 2 classes a week Register for 2 classes a week in a 4 week interval (May 8th to June 2nd)

Option C: Drop-in Don’t know your schedule? Register 24hours in advanced. Spaces are limited!
